
Traditional hand made bone broth made by Carol Banahan in Co.Derry. Made from free range pork, chicken and turkey bones, and slowly simmered for 24 hours.The result is a collagen rich (approx. 14g per pouch) broth that can be used for so many different types of dishes. It can also be used to sip on or as a great broth for soups, stews or as a braising liquid for rice or vegetables.
