How do your box subscriptions work?

We currently offer a flexible subscription option so you can have your Irish produce delivered as regularly as you choose. Once you sign up for a weekly delivery, you can easily change the frequency of your order, skip a delivery, or pause the service to fit your needs. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. This is all done through your account area on our website. 

Where does your produce come from?

Our produce is proudly 100% Irish with no imports. We work with a variety of small-scale farmers across the country. You can view a current list of our farmers on the Our Farmers page. 

Can I customise my box?

The option to customise is not currently available but it will be very soon. We are working to ensure that you have the ability to create vegetable boxes tailored to you and your family's specific needs, exactly as you would when you visit the farmers market or your local farm gate. 

Will you be supplying add-ons like milk, bread and eggs?

Options like milk, bread, and eggs will be added in the coming months to provide a full, healthy vegetable box to feed you and your family with local Irish products. Our focus for the moment is providing our customers with the freshest farm-harvested vegetables direct to their doors, but stay tuned for our expansion.

Where do you deliver?

At present we deliver across Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. Check out our full list of our delivery suburbs here to make sure you are in the delivery zone for our vegetable box delivery.

Is your produce organic?

In essence, yes — but not all our suppliers are certified organic. We work with small-scale farmers who practice no-spray, chemical free, sustainable farming practices. This means our produce is naturally grown but not all of our farmers have chosen to apply for certification. 

What days do you deliver?

We deliver vegetable boxes every Thursday afternoon. Our vans leave Wicklow around 12pm, so deliveries take place between 1pm and 6pm. If you would like your box delivered in a specific time window, you can send us a text 24 hours before your delivery and we will do our best to accommodate it.  

What do I do with the empty boxes?

Our boxes are 100% recyclable so please dispose of them in your home recycling bin. We are working on a box exchange solution for the future to make sure we are operating as sustainably as possible. 

Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?

Our deliveries take place on Thursdays between 1pm and 6pm. Our vegetable boxes are sealed so they can be left outside for a short period of time. If you are concerned about your box being left alone, please reach out to us with a preferred time window for delivery. If you are unable to be home for the delivery window, we will work with you to find the best way to deliver your box and ensure it is left in a secure location. 

What precautions are you taking with COVID-19?

We have developed a no-contact procedure for your vegetable box delivery. Our drivers will call to notify you when they are near your home and will ring your doorbell to alert you once they arrive for the delivery. We will place your vegetable box at your door or at the pre-defined delivery location and then step back two meters. We will not enter your house or apartment complex. When delivering to apartments, we kindly ask that you meet the delivery driver at the ground floor so our drivers avoid any unnecessary handling of access doors, elevators/lifts, etc.
