Using locally sourced cream from a single herd of grass fed cows, this butter is handmade from start to finish. Slow churned in small batches, using wooden paddles with no additives, and just a simple pinch of salt.
Ingredients: Cream, salt, black garlic puree (19%) (black garlic and lemon juice)
Must be refrigerated.
