UpCycle Farm

Based in Dublin, the UpCycle Farm was founded in 2020 by Patrick Arnold and James Egan using an upcycled shipping container fitted out to grow mushrooms. UpCycle partners with local café One Kinda Folk to collect all their spent coffee grounds and reuse them as material to grow their mushrooms, turning waste into food!

With the mushrooms grown on site, Patrick and James created the Revolution Ragu which uses the rich, juicy oyster mushrooms to give the classic Bolognese recipe a rebellious vegan revamp.
