Nobó is an Irish food business, started in 2012 by Brian and Rachel Nolan "with a borrowed ice cream machine and a bag full of avocados." Driven by a love of natural, simple food and the belief that treats should always be delicious, their team is on a mission to reinvent the classics sweet treats with less sugar, no dairy, and minimal processing. Nobó never use any gums, stabilisers or anything you can’t pronounce in their treats. Instead, they focus on real, simple plant based ingredients that are grown on trees. 

Nobó's concern for making better treats extends to their sourcing, transparency, and sustainability. Their cocoa is ethically sourced from a single plantation that helps support its farmers and protects the remaining mountain gorillas.
